Name: Tenovem
Appearance: Four foot tall engineers. Blackish-blue skin, usually clad in black mythril armor.
Known Locations: Eritseas, scattered in very few places in space.
Lifespan: 50-80 years.
Sentience: Yes
Language: Galactic Common, Binary (known), Tac-Grax
Strengths: Engineering, Fire, Small sized Weaponry, Flight, Hearing.
Weaknesses: Water, Lightning, Holy Light, Their Mythril Armor
Description: Tenovems are a unique race. They are an average height of four feet, all though some may grow taller. They .always. seem lanky and thin, the are naturally built like that. They have rough skin that is shaded a dark navy blue, almost black. They have large, thinly skinned wings that protrude out from behind there shoulders, almost connecting to the shoulder blade. After they forge their first weapon, and use it on someone, a great spell changes them forever. Their body turns into dark energy. The only way to keep themselves alive is to permanently clad themselves in mythril armor. The only thing not covered are their wings, which never change. From their fingers protrude long black claws, almost like knives. The feet are fitted with large black nails, like a wolf. The teeth of a Tenovem are made for eating meat, sharp as a tack, every single one of them.
Despite seeming vicious and frightening, the Tenovem are actually a very nice race. As long as the Gornav stay away, they are quite friendly and love to help out. They are master engineers and are the first to have made any major machine. As for weaponry, they prefer small things like knuckles and pistols. The most common weapon though, is a set of knives, usually three, four, six or eight, that can be wielded with one or two hands.
The race have very large wings as mentioned, but can't fly as well as they should be able to. They can mostly glide, which suits them. They prefer the ground, to high up and they could get hit by lightning. Of course, water tears apart their very essence, so thats out of the question too. Even a small drop can burn their skin. That is the way the Tenovems go.
On Eritseas, they are pretty involved in main life and socialize with the Amnivera a lot. They live in the city right along with them. Although, originally, they lived on the plains and on mountain tops. Recently, they have even been seen spotted in deserts, building great mechanical devices. They say the desert is the perfect place to work on a space craft.

Name: Anmivera (Human Off Species, developed and evolved from regular humans.)
Appearance: Looks like an everyday Human
Known Locations: Eritseas, random planets and space areas (reached through magic)
Lifespan: 60-120 years.
Sentience: Yes
Language: Galactic Common
Strengths: Powerful use of magic, adaptability, high intelligence, strong sense of logic, physical capabilities.
Weaknesses: Uses mostly medieval weaponry, has no major defenses (excluding magic), shut off from other planets mostly, no space technology.
Description: Anmivera is the most common of the races on Eritseas. They are very similar to Humans, except for the fact that they have a strong bearing in magic as all of the Eritsean races do. The worlds races tend to rely on medieval weaponry (swords and the like) even though they have guns and lasers. They have advanced technology, but still use weaker weapons.
The race has no set religion, due to the fact that they have magic and they are scientifically advanced. With the lack of religion, a strong logical and scientific mind has been bred throughout. They are strong thinkers and have quickly developed high technology. They have just began to travel outside the world (through magic) and into the surrounding space.
Of all of the races in Eritseas, they have the weakest magic. Although, that is still more than a regular human. They have developed stronger bodies, reflexes, etc. Simply a harder, better, faster, stronger Human.....

Name: Velius (The God)
Appearance: Velius is constructed as the largest millipede in the world, with a number of modifications. It has one hundred million legs underneath it that carry it where it wills, like a stampede. Above those legs, on the upper side of the monster, are ten thousand giant golden claws/talons/whatever you want to call them. They stick out and are in the shape of a down facing boomerang. These act as miniature minds to the whole beast. each one can swing down like a gallows and crush anything beneath it. Every single talon can cast every single spell in existence, and always uses the proper one for the occasion. All of the major, colossal spells are usually left for the head to cast. The head contains the greatest of all the minds, and can control all around it. Every spell is at its disposal and can communicate telepathically in every single language. It can warp time itself, making it commonly seen as the god of time. In reality though, this beast controls everything in all of Eritseas.
Back to the head, which happens to be colossal in its own right, is a great weapon it its own right. The mouth is lined with five rows of uncountable razor sharp teeth. They go all the way around the mouth, making it a fearful sight. Velius is blind, having no eyes. It still sees everything around it perfectly, because of its great magical power.
On its back is three positively huge pairs of wings. The first is a little ways from the head, the second in the center, and the third a little bit away from the tail. These are strong enough to let Velius soar as high as an eagle, its even rumored that they can take him into space. Of course, they collapse onto the body, as do the talons, whenever needed. This way, Velius can easily burrow down into the earth.
From head to tail, he is exactly five miles long, and from side to side he is exactly a quarter mile. This is one beast you do not want to mess with.
Known Locations: Eritseas
Lifespan: Forever
Sentience: Yes
Language: All
Strengths: Is virtually the god of Eritseas.
Weaknesses: Unknown
Description: Velius is a god. Plain and simple. He has never died and doesn't intend too. He rules over all of Eritseas from his home in the planets core. His magic is so powerful that it emits for miles and miles out into space. He can change the time and weather on a whim and level entire continents, or build one from nothing. He is mighty and unquestionably powerful, yet people do indeed challenge him. Eritsean people are unhappy with the fact that this monster rules there lives and controls every aspect. The thing knows everything about everything and everyone. Some people want control in their lives, to be able to choose their own fate. That is why at this moment, the finest soldiers of Eritseas are marching down into the planets core, to take back their lives. These soldiers have use a spell to create two of themselves, that way they can still attend to their real lives, while fighting for better ones. A lot of people would think the death of Velius meant the death of the world, but great sage Zio Xenaphaleus has created a spell that will sustain Eritseas and keep peace. So, Velius is in a fight for existence.
(Added by Sven)
Name: Velius Source
Appearance: Sources are little off-spring of Velius. They range from having one golden claw, to several. The more they have, the stronger they are. There are several different types, that all look different. Most versions are unknown though, seeing as they all burrow underground and can only be seen by the claws that stick out. You can tell what type it is usually by the way they move.
Things like single-claw land sharks are pretty common. Beasts like the death plant are rare, but almost as dangerous as Velius himself. Depending on the situation, I will be able to describe them within the thread, so seek me (The Nether) when these beasts are encountered.
Known Locations: Eritseas
Lifespan: Forever
Sentience: Yes
Language: None
Strengths: Massive physical and magical strength, high speed.
Weaknesses: Outside technology, magic hindrance.
Description: Velius Sources have a very literal name, although its a little backwards. A Velius Source is not the source of Velius, but Velius is the source of them. These beasties are weaved by the magic of Velius' golden talons and seem to be little offspring. They have no purpose, goal, drive, or meaning to them. They are made every once in a while when the amount of magic cast by Velius builds up. They live only to terrorize, and often do.
Being much weaker than Velius himself, Sources can be killed by most groups of soldiers. They range from small single claws to large multi-claws. The more claws, the stronger they are. Even if they seem weak, they can still kill you if you aren't wary. The best way to take one down is to use something against it that wasn't made on Eritseas. Sources come from the maker of the world, so they have a natural resistance to things from that world. Also, because they are made from magic, if you can stop magic then you can stop Sources.

These haunting specters appear harmless, if one stays around long enough to examine them, but can be very dangerous when provoked. When stirred, they emit a maddening echo that numbs the eardrums and calls out for more spirits. When a large collection of echoes gather and sound off in unison, the victim could go deaf, bleed from their ears and eyes, and have their brain die from a sensory overload.

They live in herds of up to 15 and spend most of their time traveling underground, however, when they get hungry they come to the surface to look for food. Because of their size they lay in the dirt among other rocks or grouped together to appear as rocks and wait for something to venture too close before lunging from the ground and devouring their prey.

The Qui'in is known for changing tides, shaping undersea landscapes and protecting the Anar'Gha people from hostile invaders, but no one has ever been able to study this mystical creature. Though there are some reports of people saying the Qui'in spoke to them before saving their lives, but these accounts tend to be warded off as hallucinations.

Language: Varies
Strengths: Intangible. Transparent. Unaffected by physical limitations.
Weaknesses: Electromagnetic energy. Light/holy magic.
Description: Spectral Echoes are beings from an entirely different dimension who spend all eternity haplessly floating from place to place.

Strengths: Camouflage. Pack hunters. Durable.
Weaknesses: Blind. Small.
Description: Skullzard are small little creatures, about four feet in size, that generally live underground. They live in herds of up to 15 and spend most of their time traveling underground, however, when they get hungry they come to the surface to look for food. Because of their size they lay in the dirt among other rocks or grouped together to appear as rocks and wait for something to venture too close before lunging from the ground and devouring their prey.
